§ Mr. Simsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will arrange for the very small cigar sold under various brand names as cigarellas or cigarettes to be tested for tar and nicotine yield; and whether, in the light of the results of such tests, he will extend the provision of the health warning code to cover these products.
