CunninghamThe circumstances in which disconnection for debt will not occur are set out in the code of practice on the payment of gas and electricity bills published by the industries and available at their showrooms. Special steps are taken to inform those who may be at risk of disconnection. Staff in the108W industries' showrooms will willingly explain any point of difficulty which may be encountered by individual consumers.
