§ Mr. Loveridgeasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will arrange, in cases where the change of ownership of a vehicle has not been notified to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre by a new owner, but where such particulars have already been received at the centre from the transferor, for the police who make inquiries as to the registered keeper of a vehicle to be supplied by the centre with particulars of both parties, in order to reduce the work of the police and inconvenience to the former owner.
