§ Mr. Bakerasked the Secretary of State for Employment what is the proportion of employees covered by national agreements in (a) central Government, (b) local government (c) the nationalised industries and (d) other public bodies, the percentage increases in earnings for those in each of the four categories who are covered by national agreements, and who are not covered by national agreements respectively, in 1974, 1975 and 1976; and, in the case of those employees in each of the four categories who are covered by both national and local agreements, what is the proportion of their earnings determined by each kind of agreement.
