§ Mr. MeacherAs my right hon. Friend announced to the House on 22nd July 1976, if the chairman is to have a compact team to assist him, membership cannot be representational.
The committee has a duty to consult widely with the industry and in this way distributors, exhibitors and others will be able to represent their interests fully.
