§ Mr. BishopIt is not possible to make a precise estimate of these costs, but they will be limited. Discussions indicate that most packers will not need to replace machinery but will be able to continue to use existing equipment. Detailed advice on the requirements of the new system is being circulated after further 9W discussion with the trade and producer organisations.
