§ Mr. Charles Irvingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) what are the proposed 582W expenses and secretarial scale for Members of the European Parliament;
(2) if he will make it his policy that salaries of elected European Members of Parliament should be no more than the prevailing salaries paid to Westminster Members of Parliament at the time of the election.
