§ Mr. OakesThe admission of overseas students is a matter for individual universities. The number of such students in universities and other institutions of higher education and further education has increased considerably in recent years, and I am considering, in consultation with the University Grants Committee and local education authorities, the practical aspects of some kind of limitation.
