§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieI understand that the hon. Member has been informed 535W by the chairmen of the Scottish electricity boards that, on certain assumptions about the rate of load growth, relative fuel prices and the definition of zones of special protection for the purposes of the proposed directive, the annual cost to the two boards might be in the range of £2 million-£8 million. Full account is being taken in discussions on the proposed directive of the implications for the electricity boards.
