§ Mr. Cowansasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection (1) if he will list the number of smaller firms, in category III, which are required 363W to keep appropriate records which are liable to inspection by the Price Commission regional officer and as a result of such inspection have been found to be in breach of this requirement; and what, if any, action has been taken to rectify this situation;
(2) how many inspections have been carried out by the Price Commission's regional offices on those smaller firms in category III which are required to keep appropriate records which are liable to inspection by the Price Commission's regional offices; and if he will list the number of inspections annually from the date of inception to the latest available date region by region.
