§ Mr. Merlyn ReesAll the bodies represented on the Police Council for the United Kingdom have been invited to take part in the review and have been sent draft terms of reference. A number have still to reply, including the Police Federation of England and Wales I hope that all those concerned will reply as quickly as possible, so that I can set up the review and announce the membership and the terms of reference.
