§ Mr. MillanI have called in for my decision an application by Travel Centre (Norwich) Ltd. for planning permission to operate a helicopter service from a base at Aviemore; and I have asked the applicant and the planning authority whether they want a public inquiry to be held before I reach my decision on the application.
