§ 36. Mr. Kimballasked the Secretary of State for Transport if the undertakings on the start of public consultation for the Lincoln relief road given by the Under-Secretary of State on the 9th December 1976 still hold good; and if he will confirm that public consultation on the alternative routes for the proposed Lincoln relief road will take place early in 1978.
