§ 22. Sir John Hallasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in view of the fact that the next 195W meeting of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights is not until February 1978, what other steps he is taking to secure support for an early resolution condemning the Cambodia Government for their present actions.
§ Mr. LuardIt remains my view that the Commission on Human Rights is the most appropriate body in which to raise these matters. We are considering how this can effectively be done or whether there is any alternative course of action open to us.
