§ Mr. Fittasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) whether, in view of the recent decision of a Belfast court in relation to the case of the killing of the late Leo Norney, he will now resubmit the case to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to having criminal charges brought against those responsible for Mr. Norney's death;
(2) whether, in view of the court decision in Belfast clearing the late Leo Norney of any involvement in terrorist activities, he is now prepared to order that charges be made against his killers;
(3) whether the Royal Ulster Constabulary has carried out inquiries into the death of Leo Norney; and if any charges are to be made against those responsible for the killing.
