asked the Secretary of State for Energy what have been the average amounts of the total percentage increases in price to the household consumer agreed by his Department for the individual fuel industries as they would apply in the South-West of England since 1st March 1974.

Domestic fuel tariffs now applying in the South-West of England show increases, since 1st March 1974, of 52 per cent. for gas, 142 per cent. for electricity, 100 per cent. for coal; and 65 per cent. for premium paraffin.
