§ Mr. John FraserI hope shortly to make effective provisions imposing on creditors joint and several liability in respect of misrepresentations and breaches of contract by suppliers as well as those prohibiting the canvassing of cash loans, the sending of circulars about credit and hire to young people and the unsolicited sending of credit cards and similar items. Later this year I hope to make requirements about disclosure in credit and hire advertisements.
