§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe Special Air Transport Conference was not concluded until 27th April and its recommendations8W will now have to be put before the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation for consideration. Accordingly, no immediate changes in the regulatory framework governing international civil aviation are envisaged.
