§ The Prime MinisterPresident Carter will visit London in May to participate in the Downing Street Summit Conference and the ministerial meeting of the North Atlantic Council. The precise agenda for the Downing Street Summit is still under218W discussion and is for agreement by all participants. Discussion at the ministerial meeting of the North Atlantic Council will focus on policy questions of concern to the Alliance. I also hope to have bilateral discussions with President Carter on matters of mutual concern.
