§ Mr. MoyleI am not aware of any proposals to amend Schedule 2 to the Health Services Act 1976, which lists the 1,000 pay beds to be withdrawn from NHS hospitals by 21st May. As my hon. Friend will know, any amendment of the schedule would require legislation.
