§ Mr. John MorrisMilk production in Wales has recovered from the effects of last year's drought, and figures for the four-month period ended 28th February show a small increase over the corresponding period a year earlier. I see the present situation as a sound basis on which the milk sector can continue to expand as envisaged in the Government's White Paper "Food from our own Resources".
