§ 18. Mr. Andrew F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for Employment what improvement there has been during the last three years in the number of employers who employ their full quota of disabled people in the Stockport employment area, and in the North-West of England as a whole.
§ Mr. John GrantI am advised by the Chairman of the Manpower Services Commission that there was an improvement in the proportion of employers satisfying their quota from 39.4 to 44.4 per cent. during the period 1st June 1973 to 1st June 1976. In the Department of Employment's North-West Region the proportion of employers fulfilling quota, fell slightly in the same period from 45.5 to 45.0 per cent.
