§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will review the regulations on applications for British citizenship from the children of British citizens who have been born overseas, with a view to allowing such persons to register for citizenship with the British embassy when they reach the age of 18 years, in a similar manner to the way in which their parents can register them for British citizenship at birth.
