§ Mr. Joel BarnettThe amount of interest received in the perod 31st March 1976 to 28th February 1977 was £1,407,000. The market value of the capital of the National Land Fund at 31st March 1976 was £17,525,000. On this capital the percentage of interest received in the period was 8 per cent. or about 8¾ per cent. per annum.
