§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when a full and definitive report will be available on the case of Mr. C. A. H. Mahli about which the hon. Member for Hampstead first wrote on 6th October 1976.
§ Dr. SummerskillA report on the interview with Mr. and Mrs. Mahli has been received and is being considered. I will write to the hon. Member shortly to let him know the outcome.
