(2) by what percentage the estimated rate of the British Army of the Rhine and RAF, Germany's wastage of ammunition and missiles in wartime, has had to be increased since 6th October 1973.
§ Dr. GilbertStock holdings for our forces in Germany have been maintained since March 1974 at a level generally consistent with NATO requirements, which have not changed since 6th October 1973.
