§ 35. Mr. Peter Millsasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what representations he has received concerning the recommendation in the Layfield Report that agricultural land and buildings should be rerated.
§ Mr. BishopComments on the Layfield Report have normally been sent to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment. However, my Department has received about 30 letters from hon. Members opposing the rerating of agriculture which have been brought to his attention.
