§ Mr. John Morris8,476 claims from farmers in Wales have been passsed for payment, of which 6,823 had already been paid by 11 th March 1977 and the balance will be paid shortly. If outstanding claims are received promptly, over 90 per cent. of payments should be completed by the end of April.
