§ 56. Sir D. Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when a decision can be expected from the appeal by St. Ouen Diamond and Fine Art Co. Limited and Sir William Burnett & Co. (Timber) Limited against four enforcement notices served by the borough of Broxbourne under the provisions of Section 87 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971; and whether, having regard to the fact that the inquiry was held in April 1976 to the fact that the site is in the green belt and to the natural anxiety of residents in the vicinity, he will expedite the decision.
