§ Mrs. Chalker
asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he expects to receive all the reviews of children's regional planning committees.

§ Mr. Moyle
At a meeting of regional planning committee chairmen last December there was agreement on the need to revise these plans. Some committees are already doing so, but others wish to base their plans on March 1978 figures. I hope to receive their reviews as soon as possible after that date.
