§ Mr. DunnThe current hourly rate of pay—excluding allowances—for an RUC 25W constable is £1.15 in the first year of service, increasing over an eight-point scale to £1.63 after 15 years of service. Full-time members of the RUC Reserve are paid between £1.15 to £1.39 per hour, in accordance with the first four points of the scale for a constable in the regular force. Part-time members of the Reserve receive an annual bounty of £24 for a minimum of four hours' duty each month and 91p for each additional hour of duty.
