§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what controls apply to proposals by mobile home site operators for increases in pitch fees.
§ Mr. ArmstrongPitch fees are a matter for negotiation between resident and site owner. But where a resident has entered into an agreement under the Mobile Homes Act 1975 the rent may be increased only once a year; any dispute about the amount of the increase may be determined in the county court. Where there is a separate charge for services, this charge is subject to normal Price Code rules.
