§ Mr. HoramI understand from the Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that a publicity campaign is being prepared and will be introduced as soon as statutory regulations on the hazard information system are made. I also intend to pubicise the scheme in the next edition of the Highway Code. The main message to the general public is to keep away from any spillage.
