§ Mr. MeacherNo. Funds may be made available under the Development of Tourism Act 1969 for the purpose of encouraging the provision and improvement of tourist amenities and facilities, but these funds are not available to hoteliers to fulfil their statutory obligations under the Fire Precautions Act 1971.
