Mr. Lawson

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what drawings the United Kingdom has so far made on the 3 billion dollar facility operated by the Bank for International Settlements for the purpose of enabling the British Government to achieve an orderly reduction in the rôle of sterling as a reserve currency.
