§ Mr. EnnalsThe Royal Commission on the National Health Service has been asked to look at the organisation of the Health Service, and I am hopeful that it will provide some valuable recommendations. In the meantime, I am constantly receiving advice on the subject, much of it unsolicited, from a variety of sources.
