§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he has now concluded his consideration of entering into an agreement with the USSR to prevent the danger of a nuclear war breaking out accidentally similar to USSR-US agreements and an agreement averting the accidental or unauthorised use of nuclear weapons similar to the USSR-France agreement.
