§ Mr. JohnAn order made by a magistrates' court under Section 12(1)(b) of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968 that a vessel be detained until a fine is paid is not addressed to any particular individual and whoever is in a position to detain the vessel would do so under the authority of the court's order.
