§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that plans are well advanced for the establishment at Charlton of a skillcentre providing 130 training places. In addition, work is in progress on premises at Kidbrooke, where 80 places will be provided. It is expected that training will start at Kidbrooke in May this year, but as a result of a decision to increase the capacity of the Charlton centre, training is unlikely to start there before mid–1978.
