§ Mr. ConcannonIn a letter dated 28th July 1976 the Northern Ireland Department of the Enviromnent instructed district councils that, from 4th August 1976, non-statutory repairs grant should be restricted to dwellings of net annual value not exceeding £130. This restriction did not apply to dwellings which were subject to the Rent Restriction Acts.
