§ Mr. Denis HowellNo. I have welcomed the wide debate on this subject which has already begun and will take account of the policy implications that emerge. The National Park Committee takes the lead in resolving conflicts of interest within the park. I am keeping closely in touch with the issues involved in this matter, and I regularly receive the advice of the Countryside Commission.
