§ Mr. Lomasasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will amend the Noise Insulation Regulations 1975, as set out in Statutory Instrument No. 1763; and if he will cause an inquiry to be made about the noise levels in New Hey Road, Huddersfield, due to increase in the volume of traffic.
§ Mr. HoramMy right hon. Friend has no present plans to amend the Noise Insulation Regulations. The highway authority for New Hey Road is West Yorkshire County Council.
