HC Deb 02 March 1977 vol 927 cc257-8W
Mr. John H. Osborn

asked the Secretary of State for Transport what steps he will take to examine over-spending in public service activities for which he is responsible; if he approves of the interpretation of the agreement between the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive and National Association of Local Government Officers about the £100 allowance for movement of offices a matter of a few hundred yards; and whether he proposes to take any action.

Mr. William Rodgers

I have nothing to add to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment's reply to the hon. Member's Question on 25th February.—[Vol. 926, c.750.] It is not for me to interpret or approve agreements between the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive and NALGO.
