§ Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Minister for the Civil Service (1) whether he has completed his review of the programme for dispersing Government offices to the Glasgow area; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he has yet decided on revised starting dates for the commencement of construction work on the new Foreign Office building in East Kilbride and of the new Ministry of Defence office in Glasgow.
