§ Mr. Barry JonesNo. The local authorities of Arfon and Caernarvon are aware of the lengthy delays and abortive expenditure on preparatory work already completed which would follow from210W modifications to the approved scheme at this late stage. As I stated in the debate on 21st February, it is hoped to invite tenders before the end of this year.
