§ Mr. RowlandsOn 1st February a motion declaring lack of confidence in the Government of Anguilla was carried by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the elected members of the Legislative Assembly. In accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, Her Majesty's Commissioner revoked the appointment of Mr. Webster and appointed Mr. Emile Gumbs.
