§ Sir John Rodgersasked the Lord President of the Council if he will make arrangements for hon. Members going to official meetings of the Council of Europe, Western European Union and the North Atlantic Assembly, to be entitled to vouchers for the bus service to and from Heathrow as is the case for those Members who travel by air internally.
§ Mr. FootDelegates to the Council of Europe, Western European Union and the North Atlantic Assembly receive a daily miscellaneous expenses allowance. This is intended to cover such items of expenditure as bus fares to and from airports, and no special provision for bus vouchers seems called for.
