In answer to a Question from my right hon. Friend the Member for Glasgow, Pollok (Mr. White) on 27th January—[Vol. 924, 732–7]—my hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland announced that in Scotland the last Monday in May will be designated as the additional Bank holiday in 1978 and subsequent years.
