§ Mr. John SilkinFramework fisheries agreements have been concluded with the United States of America, Sweden and the Faroes. The Community is close to agreement with Norway and is pressing ahead with talks with the Soviet Union and other countries whose catches we want to see rapidly cut back to a level justified by our catches in their waters.
