§ Mr. MoyleAt 30th September 1976 there was a whole-time equivalent of 1,444 clinical dental officers in post in England. Figures for dental auxiliaries are not available for the same date but at 30th September 1975 there was a whole-time equivalent of 142 in England. At 31st December 1976 there were 2,681 surgeries available.
